CPL HAGGARD, a Protestant, was 20 years old and Single. He was born on 1949-08-16 and his Home of Record was Powell, Tennessee. His tour of duty began 1969-07-10 and on 1970-01-21 he was killed in action by multiple fragmentation wounds brought on by hostile enemy forces in Quang Nam Province.
